 This lovely 2-bedroom 2-bath vacation rental home-away-from-home is steps to our beautiful Mission Bay and a few more steps to the Pacific ocean. It comprises the entire 1st floor of our brand new custom home on a charming court in North Mission Beach, San Diego, CA near the famous 5-star Catamaran Resort Hotel, offering a private fenced yard with gas BBQ, garden fountain and outdoor bayview eating area; AND, it is within a 5-10 minute walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shops and a short drive to SeaWorld and other local attractions. It's a perfect getaway!
You are comfortable in our hideaway regardless of the season: it is light and airy, with ceiling fans in each room for warmer days, and a fireplace and central thermostat heating during the cooler days. You have off-street parking for one car, a private washer/dryer, and much more:
* Master bedroom with queen bed, TV/cable/VCR and private full bath.
* Second bedroom with two twin beds and TV/cable/VCR
* Aerobed in living room for fifth person, if needed.
* Separate full guest bath with shower/tub.
* Purified water at all faucets.
* Fully-equipped kitchen for casual or gourmet cooking. Large Fridge with purified icemaker. Gas oven/stove, toaster oven, crock pot, blender, etc. Granite counters and an island with bar stools adjacent to indoor eating.
* Washer/dryer, automatic dishwasher and trash compactor.
* Separate inside eating area seating four comfortably, also with fireplace view.
* Cable Flatscreen HDTV/VCR/DVD/stereo in living room. Comfortable Leather Loveseat and Recliner Lounge near fireplace.
* FAX/copy services available if needed.
* WiFi High Speed Internet Access
* Beach "toys," including bicycles, chairs, horseshoes, volleyball, boogie boards, etc., and a library of videos, books, puzzles and games.
* Childcare Items available upon request: High Chair, Port-a-crib, bed side rail, small stroller, baby carrier & car seat.
* Tandem Kayak, with life preservers,available, upon request.
* Within walking distance to resturaunts, super market, shops, Belmont Park/Plunge (a large indoor pool, spa and fitness center).
* A short drive to SeaWorld and San Diego Zoo.
RATES:
* Summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day): $1,400 per week, Saturday-to-Saturday only.
* Off-Season (All other dates): $975 per week. $165/night, 3 night minimum.
* NOTE: All rentals are subject to a 10.5% TOC tax. Significant discounts and no taxes for rentals of one month or more.
GENERAL POLICIES:
* A maximum of five individuals is allowed.
* Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am.
* No pets are allowed.
* No smoking is allowed inside the rental.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
* A deposit of 25% of total reserved time, based on above rates, is required at time of reservation. A $175 security & cleaning deposit, of which $100 is refundable, is required.
* Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date.
* Payments must be made via check or money order; credit card or bank card payments can be made using the below button to PayPal; please add a 3% administration fee to your payment amount for use of PayPal.
* Out-of-country payments require cashier's checks or international money orders; OR for PayPal, please add 4% administrative fee to your payment amount for use of PayPal.
* Phone cards are needed for out-of-country calls. Long distance calls free in U.S. & Canada.
* Upon receipt of 25% payment, we will send confirmation and an instruction sheet with directions, answers to frequently asked questions, etc.
