Deposit: $300 (reservation and security)
Cancellation: more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, all but $50 returned. Cancellation: 60-30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, all but $150 returned.
Cancellation: less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date, full deposit retained. If the unit is re-rented at the full rate for your scheduled dates, we will gladly refund all but $50.
Note: Rates include cleaning, but do not include 10.5% City Tax.
We do not rent to students on holiday breaks. Age minimum 24 years old.
